EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
From the moment you receive your package, you will have 14 days for any exchange or return.
If you have not found the correct ring size, we have a size guide here, to help you find your exact size. If you need to change the size, you can conveniently contract our size exchange service, with pickup and delivery at the address you provide, here.
If you want to make an exchange for another piece of jewelry, write to us at info@barbaragoenaga.com and we will explain how to do it.
If you wish to return a product, write to us at info@barbaragoenaga.com, and we will tell you how to proceed. Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding packaging.
Returns of earrings will not be accepted for hygiene reasons. Returns of personalized items will also not be accepted.
To request a refund, the merchandise must have been received first.
WARRANTY:
We guarantee the highest quality in our products and offer a free repair service for 1 year from the date of purchase for gold products, and 6 months for silver products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, i.e.; loss of stone due to poor setting, or chain breakage, provided it has not been the result of a tug.
The warranty does not cover ring deformations due to misuse.
For any repair within the warranty, the order confirmation email or purchase invoice is essential.
