Exchanges and returns

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:

From the moment you receive your package, you will have 14 days for any exchange or return. 

If you have not chosen the correct ring size, we have a size guide here, to help you find your exact size. If you need to change the size, you can easily hire our size change service, with collection and delivery at the address you provide us, here.

If you want to exchange for another piece of jewelry, please write to us at info@barbaragoenaga.com and we will explain how to do it.

If you wish to return a product, please write to info@barbaragoenaga.com, and we will tell you how to proceed. Items must be in perfect condition and with their corresponding packaging.

No returns of earrings will be accepted for hygiene reasons. Returns of personalized items will not be accepted either. 

To request a refund, the merchandise must first have been received.

 

 

WARRANTY:

We guarantee the highest quality in our products and offer a free repair service for 1 year from the date of purchase for gold products, and 6 months for silver products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, i.e.; stone loss due to poor setting, or chain breakage, provided it was not the result of a pull.


The warranty does not cover ring deformations due to misuse.

For any repair within the warranty, the order confirmation email or purchase invoice is essential.
